Terms & Conditions – Sai Packers and Movers
Welcome to Sai Packers and Movers. By using our services, you agree to follow the Terms and Conditions mentioned below. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities before booking any relocation service.
1. Service Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed through call, WhatsApp, email, or our website.
The customer must provide accurate information regarding shifting date, location, volume of goods, and additional requirements.
Any changes in the booking details must be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
2. Quotation & Pricing
All prices are provided based on the details shared by the customer.
Final charges may vary if the actual goods, floor level, distance, or additional labor differ from the initial information.
Toll charges, parking fees, inter-state taxes, and extra services (if any) are not included in the estimated quote unless mentioned.
3. Packing Materials
Sai Packers and Movers uses high-quality packing materials for safe transportation.
Any request for premium materials (bubble wrap, wooden boxes, etc.) may involve additional charges.
4. Loading & Unloading
Our team handles your goods with utmost care during loading and unloading.
Customers must ensure a clear and safe working environment for our staff at both pickup and delivery locations.
5. Transportation & Delivery
Delivery time depends on distance, traffic, weather conditions, and unforeseen situations.
While we aim for timely delivery, delays caused by natural calamities, accidents, road issues, or government restrictions are beyond our control.
Tracking updates will be provided whenever possible.
6. Insurance Coverage
Insurance is optional but recommended for long-distance or high-value items.
Insurance claims (if applicable) are processed as per the insurance provider’s rules, not by Sai Packers and Movers.
Damages caused by natural calamities, accidents, or unavoidable external factors are covered only under valid insurance.
7. Non-Movable / Restricted Items
The following items will not be transported:
Perishable food items
Hazardous chemicals or explosive materials
Illegal goods or items banned by law
Valuable items such as jewelry, cash, important documents (to be carried by the customer only)
8. Customer Responsibility
The customer must verify that all goods are properly packed before loading.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check all items at the time of delivery.
Any additional services requested at the destination may incur extra charges.
9. Payment Terms
Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
Remaining payment must be made before or at the time of unloading.
We accept payments via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other available modes.
No refunds will be provided after the completion of service.
10. Damage Policy
Sai Packers and Movers takes full care while handling your goods.
Minor scratches or wear during shifting may occur and are considered normal.
Claims for major damage are applicable only if the customer has opted for insurance.
11. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be reported at least 24 hours before the scheduled move.
Any last-minute cancellation may result in a cancellation fee.
12. Legal & Liability
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where the booking was made.
Sai Packers and Movers is not responsible for delays or damages caused by external factors beyond our control.
13. Agreement
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms and Conditions mentioned on this page.
